I know this if off topic but I’m looking into starting my own

I recently got my navel pierced, and I told my mother to buy
me sea salt with no iodine. She came home with
a korean brand sea salt. The components says refined salt, and natural sea salt.
Is that okay? Or should I just not utilize information technology?.
